Diagnosis: PCOS, Endometriosis, Natural Killer Cells. (NO male factor infertility involved.)
Done: Clomid x3, Letrozole x2, Follistim. Letrozole IUI x2, Follistim IUI x2. – TTC 5 years.
Plan: IVF Cycle #1. Lupron and Dexamethasone started 2/7. Follistim and Folic Acid started 2/17. First monitoring US and E2 on 2/24. Possible egg retrieval 2/28-3/1. Possible embryo transfer 3/5-3/6.
